Universal Adsorbents & Chemicals Plc. (UAC) would like to explain the news headline from efinancethai on dated 24 March 2011 regarding the dividend received from Associated Company which is Bangchak Bio Fuel Co., Ltd. or BBF about Baht 36 million.
BBF's board's meeting resolved that the payment of the dividend for the profit from operating results 2010 will be proposed to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the year 2011 for approval at the of Baht 42.59 per share.
